The Engine classes aim to improve aerobic capacity through sustainable, low-intensity workouts. This leads to benefits such as increased performance in longer workouts and improved body composition. They improve cardiovascular health and endurance, enhanced recovery time between workouts. Examples would include longer periods of running, cycling, rowing and ski ergs along with exercises for longer periods of time.
Hyrox is a fitness competition that combines running and functional fitness exercises such as burpees, lunges, and kettlebell carries. Sam is a level 3 athletic coach and runs a variety of run specific sessions for all abilities throughout the month t get you ready for any race or event. These include Steady runs, Speed and hill sessions along with tempo sessions.
Throughout the month, Re:new adds a variety of events to get the clients involved and working with others in the community. Training for an event or challenge always keeps our clients on track and working hard to always be better!
