Sam more recently placed 1st in her age Category Open and Pro Women, Women's and Mixed Doubles for Hyrox Qualifying for the world championships in Nice.
She has gained a silver for turf games FITC comp and Won overall for Turf Games Engine.
Having undertaken her degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Sam went onto teach PE in secondary school for 7 years, whilst always pursuing her passions in sport and exercise.
For the last 8 years Sam has trained a variety of clients to achieve great success in strength gains, fat loss and performance.
Her Moto is be grateful for the body you have and believe anything is possible; it may not be easy, but it is possible.
